MARIANA CANA

Mariana Cana is the Manager of the firm’s domestic and international trademark Prosecution Department. Mrs. Cana received her Juris Doctorate, with a certificate in International Law, from Pace University School of Law. Born and raised in Romania, she earned a Bachelor of Economic Studies and International Trade Degree, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania.

Mrs. Cana brings extensive international experience to managing the firm's Prosecution Department. Prior to attending law school in the United States, Mariana’s career in international business and trade included several management assignments in Romania and the Middle East. She is fluent in French and Romanian, and has a working knowledge of Italian.

Mariana's primary focus at Collen IP is international and United States trademark prosecution. Mrs. Cana manages all aspects of the firm's foreign and domestic docket, including prosecution from application through renewal, and transfer of rights.
