AUDRA KEMP
Audra
Kemp works primarily in the firm’s trademark prosecution
department. Audra joined the firm in 1995 while a law student,
and subsequently became an associate, involved in all aspects
of trademark prosecution, from application through renewal,
copyright matters, as well as trademark litigation before the
Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in federal court in the
areas of infringement and anti-counterfeiting. Audra spent
eight years as an editor and publication manager at
Lexis-Nexis, where she was active in organizing and developing
the Law School Department. She was primarily responsible for
Corbin on Contracts, and Business Organizations with
Tax Planning, (to copyright law chapters which are
authored by Collen IP). She rejoined the firm in 2006.
Audra has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and a
Juris Doctorate from Regent University. She is admitted to
practice in New York and Massachusetts. |
